Problem with DSB Litra SA & SE and the Sjælland map

I have been attempting to get the wonderful DSB Litra SA & SE mod to operate with the Sjælland map from Team TrainSim, I can see that Daniel used that is his YouTube video. I'm wondering, how does one get that to work?
